This class introduces the basics of trampolining and will cover back/front and seat drops as well as rotational skills. Athletes will have the opportunity to practice skills on and off the trampoline as well as use the mini trampoline. More advanced athletes may also work on more difficult skills
The class will touch base on trampoline basics and safety and progress inversion skills on the trampoline. Progressions will be done on and off the trampoline as well as the mini trampoline. Gymnastics will begin working on more difficult skills in this class.
