In 2020, BC adopted the USA Gymnastics Xcel program to bridge the gap between the GBC (Gym BC) Interclub and JO programs, now called Canadian Compulsory Program. Athletes may compete in BC under the Xcel Bronze, Silver and Gold levels. (Higher levels are under current review and consideration by the Federation).

Interclub in BC is designed to expand the scope of participation in Recreational gymnastics in BC.

It provides a training framework and offers opportunities for athletes to attend sanctioned events, at which they perform gymnastics routines to showcase personal ability.

Flicka Gymnastics offers several different Recreational programs for athletes of all ages and abilities. Individuals young and old are trained to move their bodies skillfully on our various apparatus while having fun and keeping physically fit.
